Job Description / Responsibility

Prepare monthly production plan considering requirement, production capacity, and raw material availability with a view to meeting sales indent.
Practical knowledge of handling knitting machinery.
Execute the production plan in an optimized manner by monitoring daily production process with a view to ensure maximum service level as per KPI.
Maintenance of QC protocol as directed by the authority
Coordination with production and other relevant departments.
Analyze and make multi reports on weekly, monthly basis including production status and production flow.
Ensure on time smooth delivery.
Manage, Lead, motivate and mentor production team workers, leaders and supervisors.

Educational Requirements

B.Sc. Eng.in Mechanical/ Electrical from any reputable institute.

Experience Requirements

At least 5 year(s)
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Engineering, Production, Testing
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments (Woven/Apparel/Knitting), Textile (Spinning, Weaving, Knitting, Dyeing/Finishing)

Age 35 to 40 year(s)
