Job Description / Responsibility
  • Based in Faridpur for 27 (twenty seven) months:
  • The incumbent will be responsible to for organize, facilitate sweepers associations and build capacity, design and deliver knowledge and skill education to sweepers association, organize and facilitate multi stakeholders coordination committee, undertake awareness raising events with TLCC, WC, CBOs for service demand generation.

Educational Requirements
    Masters in any discipline from Development Studies, Public Administration/Policy, Economics;
Experience Requirements
  • 5 to 7 year(s)
Additional Job Requirements
  • 5-7 Years of post-graduation working experience in capacity building and institutional development in NGO sector (preferably in urban sanitation);
  • Good facilitation and reporting skill are essential;
  • Ability to facilitate capacity building of multi-level stakeholders;
  • Ability to work with a multi-cultural team and meeting deadlines; and
  • Fluency in English language and proficiency in computer application.
