Job Description / Responsibility
- To lead a team for greater output from the entire task.
- Perform the mechanical engineering activities in accordance with project requirements & within time schedule and quality standards.
- Supervision of the team during installing & commissioning of industrial air conditioning, boiler, chiller, ventilation system, fire solutions system, HVAC etc.
- Fully responsible for Mechanical design, drawings in AutoCAD, BOQ, BOM.
- Installation & commissioning of commercial and industrial air conditioning, fire solutions system, ventilation system, boiler & chiller, HVAC etc.
- Designing of piping of industrial air conditioning, boiler, chiller, ventilation system, fire solutions system, HVAC etc.
- Trouble shooting of mechanical problems of HVAC.
- Ensure in/out information flow with all Project interfaces.
- Implement on the Project operating guidelines.
- Coordinate with electrical/Civil engineers and other to identify, define, and solve departmental problems.
- To lead a team of technicians for erection activities.
- Prepare project schedules and action plans to meet deadlines.
- Ensure that all operations conform to safety requirements / guidelines.
- Job Location: Dhaka or outside Dhaka.

Educational Requirements
- B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from BUET or, DUET.
- MBA will get extra preference.
Experience Requirements
- 5 to 6 year(s)
Additional Job Requirements
- Minimum 5/6 years (with proven experience)
- Highly skilled (minimum six years with proven experience).
- Must have ability to guide a team successfully.
- Experience on commercial and industrial Air Conditioning/Fire Solutions System, Ventilation System, Boiler & Chiller, and HVAC etc.
- Must be able to design piping of industrial air conditioning, boiler, chiller, ventilation system, fire solutions system, HVAC etc.
- Experience on trouble shooting of mechanical problems of HVAC.
- Good communication skills both in English & Bangla.
- Full Hand on AutoCAD in 2D/3D Drawing & Design is a must.
- Candidates having experience in power engineering company will get preference.
- Sales experience/sales skills (Industrial equipment & solution).
- Hardworking, proactive, self-responsible, ability to work under pressure/deadline.
- Well-organized, co-operative and a good team-player with pleasant personality.
- Willing to travel outside of Dhaka.
