Job Description / Responsibility

• Providing prompt and professional replies to all customer feedback.
• Co-coordinating investigations on cases with the appointed by Head Office.
• Monitor and ensure smooth day-to-day CC operation and carrying out analysis of customer feedback.
• Supporting the Customer Sales team and Engineering.
• Prepare and evaluate KPI for Customer Care Executives & Customer Care Engineers

• Should Have Sound Knowledge on MS Office.
• Should have very good communication and presentation skills.
• Must be smart, self-motivated and hard working, Energetic.
• Ability to work enthusiastically under pressure.
