Job Description / Responsibility
  • Prepare and execute quality CC & CP roll-out plan, SOP and DOA service to ensure customer and channel satisfaction
  • Ensure proactive communication for pending customers and arrange alternative solutions
  • Monitor and ensure smooth day-to-day CC operation
  • Maintain & up gradation of ERP & Customer Insight Management System for Customer care center
  • Prepare and evaluate KPI for Customer Care Executives and Customer Care Engineers
