Job Description / Responsibility
- Lead the functional strategy for VAS & New Product Development based on understanding of markets, customer requirements, new technology.
- Design and execute programmes to enhance VAS ARPU & revenue across segments by customer life cycle management through higher customer engagement.
- Enhance service penetration and usage by designing new product offerings, pricing configurations and customer communication.
- Develop & launch new revenue streams by leveraging technology, content management, network based capabilities.
- Deploy and direct implementation of strategies to enhance customer experience on VAS related services
- Generate revenue through existing VAS.
- Plan actions and roll out initiatives for delivering revenue numbers from VAS Services and increase penetration of VAS services in own base.
- Develop the company VAS strategy and marketing program to implement it
- Co-ordinate with various internal departments technical VAS, Customer Service & IT/billing for a smooth & speedier deployment of services and regular operations Implement common national operations processes for speedier deployment of services
- Drive marketing innovation with Channel partners to support market innovations/ incremental revenue opportunities.
- Constantly monitor processes for reduction of complaints per sub for VAS products.
- Tracking daily revenues, monitoring daily usage & gross adds / churn on all services.
- Prepare a detail process note on the promotions, get necessary approvals, perform requisite testing, brief all concerned, prepare a communication plan & set success parameters.
- Conceptualize promos to up-sell various services.
- Candidate must have very good communication skill with customer.

- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a or related field from reputed University.
- MBA will be given advantage.

- At least 3 year(s)

IT Enabled Service, Software Companies, Telecommunication
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 25 to 40 year(s) Candidate must have 3+ years of experience on telecom value added services and other Enterprise software.
