Job Description / Responsibility

• Ensure Battery lifting of dealers in all segments as per monthly and yearly targets
• Responsible for order processing, collection and follow �ups of ultimate deliveries
• Ensure demand generation, roll out consumer engagement & marketing activities
• Handling complaints and follow-ups for customer satisfaction
• Follow-ups and successful execution of market activation, merchandizing and trade marketing activities
• Ensure proper balance of PULL and PUSH strategies
• Ensure distribution mapping, extension of distribution coverage and sales growth for all segments
• Identify the ways to increase primary and secondary sales
• Create business opportunities for Automotive, Appliance and other batteries and any other products under RBL business
• Responsible for forecasting, inventory and cash flow
• Make distributors accountable for the overall business growth and sustainability through revenue generation, profit maximization and gaining market share
• Records keepings and reporting on regular basis

Educational Requirements

Graduate from any reputed University (Post graduate is preferable).

Experience Requirements

• 5 to 8 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  Marketing, Sales

Additional Job Requirements

• The Job holder needs to involve in aspects of sales, marketing, including: Dealer and Distributor Sales Management, Trade Marketing, Demand generation , Merchandising, Market Development , distribution. The role is often challenging, varied and exciting.
• The Job holder should have 5-8 years of working experiences sales preferably in dealer sales. He will have an understanding of dealer network in local context and knowledge and capability to apply those to meet targets in terms of revenue and profit maximization and of course for ultimate customer satisfaction. He /She needs to be Innovative, Dynamic, Customer/ Market Oriented, helpful, Pro-active, Assertive, Creative result/ goal oriented.
